It can be hard to think clearly during and after a breakup, we tend to do things that we will cringe at looking back at and can often make it worse for ourselves.
It is essential to have a plan in place for when you feel like you’re struggling or are thinking you want them back.
Fill this out and look after your mental health post-break-up, almost like a note from your calm and sane self.
Print it out if you need to so you have that physical reminder & prevent making the grieving process worse for yourself.
It may seem super simple but often putting it all onto paper in physical form can really help to process!
